This week’s Book Cover Throwback: Animal Farm by George Orwell.

What I Love about This Cover:  These two are harboring some serious animosity. It’s not good for the soul. 😉 Simplistic and yet it works.

What I Don’t Love about This Cover:  As a young reader, this cover only further convinced me that this book was about animals who hated each other. It wasn’t until I reread it in high school that I understood the satire and the point.
