All Work & No Play Makes One a Dull Person

All three of our boys have me well trained, which is to say that when I’m working, they know that if they really want attention, all it takes is one bellyflop or upside-down head turn and work is pushed aside for some scritches or snuggles. I’m not the only writer this happens to. One only has to crawl through authors’ Twitter accounts to see posts about their kitties laying across the keyboard and distracting them from whatever work-in-progress should be occurring.

But we love them anyways. 😉
