This week’s Throwback Thursday: American Gods by Neil Gaiman.
What I Love about This Cover: This cover always reminded me of the Lost Highway soundtrack, which came out a few years before this book and had some amazing music on it by David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails/Trent Reznor, Marilyn Manson, and one of my favorite songs ever by The Smashing Pumpkins (Eye). Great music that pairs quite well with this novel.
What I Don’t Love about This Cover: Nothing. I love the grit of it, the color palette, everything.
